Rare Swap uses crypto rails to settle international transfers instantly, but you'd never know it. The entire experience feels like sending a text.
Enter the amount and recipient
Choose how much you want to send and which currency. Then enter the recipient's email address, phone number, or WhatsApp — that's all the info we need. No account creation, no KYC for the sender during our introductory period.
Pay with your card
You'll be redirected to our payment partner (Coinbase) to complete a secure card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Behind the scenes, your payment is converted to USDC — a dollar-pegged stablecoin — and deposited to a wallet we've created for the recipient.
Recipient gets a claim link
Immediately after settlement, we send the recipient a notification via their preferred channel (email, SMS, or WhatsApp) containing a secure, time-limited claim link. The link is valid for 7 days. Their funds are already sitting in a wallet — they just need to verify and cash out.
Verify and cash out to bank
The recipient clicks the link, verifies their identity with a simple one-time code sent to the same email or phone, then enters their bank details. The USDC is converted to their local currency and deposited directly to their bank account. They never see or interact with crypto.
